Hope man accused of having sex with dog on multiple occasions
ROCKLAND — A Hope man has been arrested, after police say he had sex with a dog and videotaped the act.
Nicholase W. Hill, 28, was arrested Aug. 28 and charged with Class D cruelty to animals.
Hill was released from the Knox County Jail after posting $250 cash bail.
According to the affidavit filed in the Knox County Court by Knox County Sheriff’s Office Detective Justin Twitchell, he was notified from a citizen that Hill was allegedly having sex with his dog.
Hill allegedly sent a video through Facebook messenger to a female, showing the sexual act.
The woman told police that Hill wanted her to get involved so he could have sex with the dog and her at the same time, according to the affidavit. The female refused to participate.
According to police, the woman stated that Hill allegedly had sex with the dog on multiple occasions.
Twitchell obtained an arrest warrant and Hill was taken into custody on Aug. 22.
Hill will make his initial appearance in Knox County Unified Court Sept. 16.
