Fifth annual Great Art for Great Reads Art Show seeks artists

The Waldoboro Public Library’s is again teaming up with artists and crafters for the fifth annual Great Art for Great Reads Art Show and Online Auction. This event supports the Waldoboro Library, participating artists, and the community.
The library invites artists and crafters to submit up to two works of fine art or crafts for this show.
"Last year we had over 100 works of art and a fantastic show," said WPL, in a news release.
Submittal forms are due at the Library by July 28, but artists are encouraged to get their forms in early. No late forms will be accepted this year. More information and deadlines are provided on the Library’s website (http://www.waldoborolibrary.org/gafgr-2025.html ).
The Art Show runs from August 11 to September 5 at the Waldoboro Public Library with an opening reception on August 22 that also coincides with the Waldoboro Art Walk. Bidding for the Online Auction begins August 22 through September 5.
