BELFAST — The following case was closed in Waldo County Superior Court Aug. 10-23.
Mark D. Meierdirk, 40, of Unity, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Unity March 1, 2012, one year in prison with all but 75 days suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine; tampering with a witness, informant, juror or victim in Unity Feb. 11, 2013, four years in prison with all but seven months suspended and two years of probation.
