Car crash closes Union Street in Rockport, road temporarily closed

ROCKPORT — A car crashed into a power pole on Union Street and electrical wires are down. The Fire Department has closed Union Street while it tends to the crash.
The crash occurred between Simmons Road and Grove Street.
Drivers are advised to find a different route until Central Maine Power can fix the wires.
