Tucked away in the Mansion section of the July 8 edition of the Wall Street Journal is a short piece about the priciest residential property up for sale in Maine. It is apparently in Camden, on the side of Mt. Battie.
It is a home on the market for $9.7 million, and was built in 2007 by Dyke Messler. Read the piece at http://www.wsj.com/articles/the-priciest-property-in-maine-asks-9-7-million-1467914664
The house sits on 23 acres adjacent to Camden Hills State Park, and is listed by Camden Real Estate Company.
