BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity April 10-14. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
April 10
A Belfast juvenile was issued a summons for carrying passengers beyond an intermediate license restriction on High Street.
April 12
Daniel Melix, 32, of Rumford, was arrested for operating under the influence on Waldo Avenue.
Ira H. Bailey, 32, of Northport, was arrested for assault and criminal threatening on Front Street.
April 14
Victor Pendleton, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Swan Lake Avenue.
