    Ginger was born in Morrill, Maine on April 11, 1946 to Frank and Nadine (Thompson) Brown.

    Ginger lost her long courageous battle to Parkinson's Disease and Lewy Body Dementia on March 6, 2018.

    In 1963 she married Bill Heroux of Belfast and had three wonderful children Lynne, Eddie and Lisa. Her children were her pride and joy and they were always loved unconditionally.

    BELFAST — Doris Ruth (Kelley) Benner, of Belfast, passed away peacefully at her home on February 28, 2018. She lived a full life of 94 years.

    Doris was born on August 6, 1923 in Washburn to Percy & Blanche (Work) Kelley. She married the love of her life, Bill Benner, on November 27, 1941 and they enjoyed 71 years of marriage. She worked at Waldo Shoe until she and Bill opened their business, Benner's Auto Service, where she did the bookkeeping for 62 years.

    CAMDEN - Mrs. Filomena Ferraiolo, 84, passed away at the Sussman House, Tuesday, February 27, 2018.  She left this world peaceful, radiant and surrounded by the love and admiration of her family.

    The youngest of four children, Filomena was born in Cervinara, Italy, in 1933.  She was very proud of her hometown nestled under the Partenio Mountains in the Campania region of Italy.

    CAMDEN — Christine “Tina” Allen, 65, died peacefully on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Windward Gardens in Camden.  Born in Camden, she was the daughter of Howard and Margaret (Heal) Holbrook and was a 1971 graduate of Camden-Rockport High School.  Tina attended Central Maine Vocational Institute in Waterville where she obtained an associate’s degree in occupational therapy.  

    On August 11, 1979, she married Kermit L. Allen.

    Woody was born in Caribou, Maine on September 16, 1928, the son of Forest P. and Faye (McNeal) Greenier, and he grew up in Presque Isle.

    He attended Ricker College, graduated from University of Maine and served as LT. in the Medical Company of the 187th Regimental Combat Team, in Japan and Korea, and then in The Reserves, where he obtained the rank of Captain.

    Susie was a loving mother who was passionate about culinary arts.  She worked as a CNA at Tall Pines and loved spending time with friends and family.  She enjoyed listening to loud music and cracking jokes which were always followed by her beautiful and contagious laugh.

    On May 31, 1958, she married Edward McLellan in Rockland.  For many years, Roberta worked as the office manager at H.H. Crie Hardware Store on Main Street in Rockland.

    BELFAST — Bruce Wayne Chandler, 73, of Swanville, died on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Waldo County General Hospital.  Born in Winterport on September 13, 1944, he was the son of Bernard D. and Madeline (Long) Chandler, and was a 1964 graduate of Crosby High School in Belfast.

    Bruce was very proud of serving with the U.S. Navy Seabees during the Vietnam Era.  On September 19, 1964, he married Sheila Merriam in Belfast.
