Happy Wanderers hike Little River Trail, May 2
BELFAST — Join Coastal Mountains Land Trust and Maine Health’s Community Health program for a Happy Wanderers Hike, Thursday, May 2, at 10 a.m., at the Little River Trail in Belfast.
All are welcome. This trail is 2 miles round-trip, rated at a moderate walking level with some incline. An option for those who would like to walk further than 2 miles will be available.

Directions: The group will meet at the trailhead located on Route 1. Coming south from Belfast, there is a parking lot on the right-hand side of the road just before the bridge.

Happy Wanderers meet on the first Thursday of each month. Each outing is led by a Coastal Mountains Land Trust and Community Health staff member.

Coastal Mountains Land Trust has worked since 1986 to permanently conserve land to benefit the natural and human communities of the western Penobscot Bay. The Land Trust has protected over 13,000 acres, offering 55 miles of trails for public recreation.
Community Health programming is offered by PenBay Medical Center’s Community Health Improvement Team and is focused on preventing and reducing chronic disease and promoting the adoption of healthy lifestyles.
