St. George Road (Rt 131) reopens following vehicle crash

SOUTH THOMASTON — At approximately 6:35 p.m., July 21, St. George Road, in South Thomaston, reopened to traffic between Westbrook Street and Kinney Woods Road, following a two-vehicle crash in front of a veterinary clinic.
The vehicles involved in the 4 p.m. crash were hauled away by Creek Hill Towing. Central Maine Power then spent more than an hour longer replacing a broken pole.
Knox County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the crash.
