Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 12-18. 

    Nicholas A. Parker, 33, of Belmont, operating under the influence in Waldo Jan. 1, 2019, seven days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Frankfort June 22, 2019, seven days in jail. 

    Joshua M. Perry, 39, of Prospect, theft by deception in Searsmont July 20, 2018, 364 days in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation, and $3,293.19 restitution; misuse of identification in Belfast Jan. 20, 2018, 30 days in jail; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs Feb. 2, 2020, 364 days in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs Feb. 2, 2020, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Feb. 2, 2020, dismissed; theft by deception in Stockton Springs Oct. 5, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Oct. 5, 30 days in jail; use of drug paraphernalia in Stockton Springs Feb 2, 2020, dismissed. 

    Sara Ross, 24, of Hampden, domestic violence assault in Troy June 20, 2019, 180 days in jail with all suspended and one year of probation; violating a condition of release in Troy July 24, 2019, unconditional discharge. 

    Erwin A. Konesni, 38, of Belfast, failure to register a vehicle in Northport July 11, 2019, $100 fine. 

    Cole Smith, 22, of Unity, domestic violence assault in Unity Dec. 4, 2019, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Unity Dec. 4, 2019, $100 fine. 

    Dana Blake, 56, of Lincolnville, domestic violence assault in Northport Feb. 12, 2020, six months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation. 

    Troy Thomas Jr., 37, of Monroe, failing to report in Belfast March 18, 2020, 30 days in prison. 

    Albert Russell, 37, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast April 10, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Waldo Aug. 8, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Waldo Aug. 8, dismissed. 

    Nicholas J. Bianco, 22, of South Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 14, dismissed. 

    Michael Babineau, 26, of Searsport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast July 2, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast July 2, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (four counts) in Searsport Sept. 11, all dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsport Sept. 11, dismissed.

    Richard A. Henry Jr., 58, of Troy, indecent conduct in Troy July 14, four months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation; violating a condition of release in Troy July 14, dismissed. 

    Jessica C. Frates, 29, of Blue Hill, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Sept. 22, $150 fine. 

    Dylan M. Stevens, 27, of Limestone, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont Sept. 29, dismissed. 

    Timothy A. Eggen, 46, of Northport, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belmont Feb. 3, dismissed.

    Christopher E. Cunningham, 26, of Brooks, possession of a bird or animal in violation in Waldo Dec. 12, $150 fine.

    Miranda Gilley, 32, of Searsport, hunting without a valid license in Monroe Nov. 27, $150 fine. 

    Chase R. McIntire, 24, of Belfast, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Belfast Jan. 13, $400 fine. 

    Raymond Ashland, 54, of Oakland, placing bait to entice deer in Unity Oct. 31, $500 fine. 

    Scott E. Wiseman, 24, of Swanville, illegal transportation of an animal or bird in Swanville Dec. 20, $150 fine.
