Maine State Police Troop D blotter

    AUGUSTA — Maine State Police Troop D reported the following activity May 3-10. Troop D is responsible for Maine's Midcoast, including Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Waldo, and Knox counties, the southern half of Kennebec County and part of northern Cumberland County. The troop also patrols Interstate 295, from Brunswick to Gardiner. The troop's complement includes a lieutenant, three sergeants, 25 troopers and a secretary. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.  

    May 3

    Robert Mitchell, 35, of Unity, was issued summonses for operating after revocation and operating under the influence on Route 202 in Unity. 

    Robert Sears, 28, of Liberty, was issued summonses for operating after revocation, violation of conditions of release, and possession of a schedule Z drug on Route 202 in Liberty. 

    May 4

    Nicholas Sapiel, 22, of Winslow, was issued a summons for violation of conditions of release and operating after habitual offender revocation on Route 137 in China. 

    Adam Giggy, 41, of Waterville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Ward Hill Road in Unit. 

    Brian Carroll, 34, of Troy, was arrested for possession of a schedule W drug and use or sale of drug paraphernalia on Route 202 in Unity.

    Aaron Vogel, 35, was issued a summons for operating without a license on I-295 in Bowdoinham. 

    Holly Frant, 44, of Burnham, was issued summonses for possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

    Lance French, 49, of Howland, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Route 69 in Hampden. 

    Jack Huntington, 52, of Windsor, was issued a summons for violation of a protection from abuse order. 

    May 6

    Carolyn Elkins, 39, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 139 in Benton. 

    May 7

    Charles Ray, 39, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release. 

    Francis Richardson, 25, was issued a summons for operating after suspension. 

    May 9

    Susan Biagiotti, 62, of Brooks, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct on Moosehead Trail in Brooks. 

    Edward Desmond, 63, of Brooks, was arrested for disorderly conduct, assault, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Moosehead Trail in Brooks.  

    Kristin Mozes, 27, of Unity, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Vickery Lane in Unity. 

    Matthew Carlson, 50, of Portland, was issued summonses for violation of conditions of release, operating after revocation, and failure to provide correct name/date-of-birth on I-295 in Bowdoinham.

    Tyler Mckinney, 19, was issued a summons for sale or use of drug paraphernalia. 

    Jordan Brown, 20, was issued a summons for possession of a usable amount of marijuana and sale or possession of drug paraphernalia.
