Plan to Polar Plunge with Sundog Outdoor Expeditions, Feb. 1

Event has passed

For the second straight year, Sundog Outdoor Expeditions invites the public to plunge in Camden Harbor on Saturday, February 1, at 2 p.m.

If you or your family has done the Polar Plunge in the past, return and plunge again.

If you’ve never plunged, challenge yourself to try something new. Whether you are an experienced plunger, a first timer, or a volunteer serving up hot cocoa, come out and support Sundog during the wild and craziest part of Camden’s annual Winterfest.

There are two ways to participate: as an individual or as a team. Teams can range from 3-8 people.  Gather seven of your friends/colleagues and have a blast plunging together. There will be prizes for all participants including a grand prize and runner up for the team or individual that raises the most money. Prizes include a half day of rock climbing, half day of sea kayaking, an experience at Trapt, and much more.

To register, visit and complete the registration form, indicate if you are part of a team, then print our pledge form and start gathering your support (minimum of $25 in pledges for each plunger).
