West Bay Rotary is pleased to announce the winners of the 2019 Chowder Challenge.  The event was held on Saturday, August 31^st at the Camden Windjammer Festival.  Each year at the event, West Bay Rotarians serve up chowder from local participants to raise money for charities and non-profits.
