Rockport Police beat: Failure to stop at a stop sign, speeding
ROCKPORT – Rockport police reported the following activity Aug. 13-20. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Aug. 13
William Willey, 30, of Appleton, was charged by Officer Travis Ford with operating after suspension.
Jeremy E. Raburn, 48, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation.
Aug. 14
Brittany N. Kibby, 31, of Selkirk, N.Y., was issued a summons by Ford for speeding 70 mph in a 55 mph zone.
Aug. 16
Brandton C. Woodward, 48, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for operating without a license.
Aug. 17
Richard Kraft, 59, of Camden, was issued a summons by Sgt. Jim Moore for failure to stop at a stop sign.
Neil Shelley, 32, of Gray, was issued a summons by Moore for failure to stop at a stop sign.
Kathleen Dailey, 68, of Brooks, was issued as summons by Moore for failure to stop at a stop sign.
John Newburn, 75, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Moore for failure to stop at a stop sign.
Aug. 18
Andrew Mitchell, 25, of Kelseyville, Calif., was issued a summons by Taylor for speeding 44 mph in a 30 mph zone.
Aug. 19
Delmar Randell, 36, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation.
Aug. 20
Bridgett Young, 43, of Union, was issued a summons by Ford for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Joshua Beveridge, 35, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Tony Del Vecchio for speeding 44 mph in a 35 mph zone.
