Trekkers is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to work closely with our Executive Management team to organize, coordinate, and maintain smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. This person will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. This will include tasks like efficient production and scheduling of meetings, trainings and events, accurate record-keeping, database entry and tracking, management of office spaces, systems, supplies, equipment and contracts, managing the mail, Trekkers’ vehicles (our beloved busses Daisy and Lucy!), and administrative volunteers.
