MIDCOAST — Dr. Katy Morrison, ND LAc, Dr. Kate Killoran, MD, and Mish Sommers of Happier Outside have announced the fall series of Women’s Wellness Walks. Continuing the tradition from last year, they’ve been exploring Midcoast Maine with biweekly group hikes for women. We begin with a short presentation on a health-related topic presented by either Dr. Kate or Dr. Katy and then set off as a group.
This is a great chance to get to know your local healthcare providers, to strengthen community bonds, and to explore our beautiful Midcoast, according to a news release.
Some topics that have been covered on previous walks include:
RBG workout: get stronger at any age
Tiny habits for lasting change
Slowing down for health
