ROCKLAND — Knox Clinic welcomes all walkers. If you want to connect with other people while getting some exercise, come join the fun, said Knox Clinic, in a news release.

The Women's Walking Group meets Saturdays, at 8 a.m., and the Men’s Walking Group meets Tuesdays, at 5 p.m.

Both groups meet at 22 White Street in Rockland.
