Wellness presentation: the ‘Tai-Chi Balance’
ROCKLAND — John Jenkins will present two interactive wellness presentations on "Tai-Chi Balance" at the Rockland Public Library, Tuesday, Oct. 23, at 9:10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Participants need only arrive with a smile and willingness to laugh and learn.
“Tai-Chi Balance” focuses on stability in body (fall prevention), mind (mental clarity), and spirit (emotional calm). It is ideal for people seeking better balance and back relief, according to a news release.
