Waldoboro Police beat: Arrest warrants, criminal mischief, assault

    WALDOBORO — Waldoboro police responded to 443 calls for service March 3-19. Listed below are a few of the highlights. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    March 3     

    Kimberly Wyke, 63, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Thomas Bartunek for disorderly conduct.

    Bobby Boynton, 39, of Jefferson, was arrested by Bartunek on a warrant.

    March 4

    Officer Nathaniel Jack investigated an accident on the Washington Road at 6:05 a.m. John Baxter, 48, of Warren, was traveling southbound on the Washington Road, following the roadway when a deer ran out into the roadway, causing damage to his vehicle.

    Kimberly Wyke, 63, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Jack for a violation of condition of release, and disorderly conduct.

    March 5     

    Jack is investigating a report from a citizen about criminal mischief to his mailbox.

    March 6          

    Officer Jeffery Fuller is investigating a report from a citizen about criminal mischief to her mailbox.

    Michelle Leonard, 53, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Fuller on a warrant.

    Ashley Leonard, 31, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Dwight Jones for uninspected motor vehicle.

    March 7     

    Fuller is investigating a report from a citizen about criminal mischief to her mailbox.

    Kyle MacDougall, 41, of Union, was issued a summons by Fuller for failure to show proof of insurance.

    March 8     

    Andrew Willis, 28, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Officer Andrew Santheson for operating after suspension and violation of conditional release.

    March 9     

    Matthew Graney, 24, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Officer Thomas Bartunek for unregistered motor vehicle.

    Alexander Schweighauser, 43, of Boothbay, was issued a summons by Bartunek for speeding.

    March 10   

    Amanda Ferguson, 30, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Jack for theft and violation of conditional release.

    Kylie Lane, 18, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Chase Bosse for operating after suspension.

    March 12   

    Richard Sykes, 47, of Waldoboro, was issued by Jones for operating after suspension.

    Jones investigated an accident on the Waldoboro Road in Jefferson at 3:51 p.m. George Stetson, 66, of Waldoboro, was traveling northbound, following the Roadway while towing a trailer. Wayne Johnston, 56, of Jefferson, was traveling northbound, following the roadway.

    March 13   

    Kory Whitfield, 42, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Bartunek for operating with an expired license.

    Jones investigated an accident at the Atlantic Highway/Washington Road intersection, at 11:01 a.m. Sally Gergeley, 74, of Waldoboro, was traveling northbound, making a left turn. Alexander Achorn, 22, of Waldoboro, was traveling northbound, following the roadway.

    March 15   

    Jeremy Griffin, 29, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Jack on a warrant.

    Emily Johnson, 28, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Jack on a warrant.

    Travis Ventimiglia, 32, of Jefferson, was issued a summons by Fuller for failure to show proof of insurance.

    Angelia Anderson, 29, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Fuller for domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.

    March 18   

    Jack investigated an accident on the Dutch Neck Road, at 8:38 a.m. Aaron Hoyenski, 57, of Waldoboro, was traveling southbound, following the roadway when he lost control and rolled over onto vehicle’s roof.

    Chief John Lash investigated an accident on the Old Augusta Road at 8:26 a.m. Moniqua Dube, 27, of Washington, was traveling eastbound, following the roadway, lost control, striking a utility pole.
