Waldoboro Police beat: Arrest warrant, accidents

    WALDOBORO — Waldoboro police responded to 151 calls for service from May 7-14. Listed below are a few of the highlights. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    May 7         

    Officer Nathaniel Jack investigated an accident involving a female juvenile, 16, of Union, and Yvonne Sloan, 60, of Waldoboro, on the Bremen Road at 2:48 p.m.   

    May 9         

    Chief John Lash investigated an accident involving Walter Conary, (no age listed by police), of Salsbury Mass., and Kate Beaudette, 80, of Bristol, in a parking lot on the Atlantic Highway at 1:20 p.m.

    May 11                                              

    Dylan Grubbs, 26, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Jeffery Fuller for violation of conditional release.

    Fuller is investigating a report from a garden center about some stolen plants and flowers.

    May 14       

    Stephanie Libby, 30, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Officer Dwight Jones on a warrant.
