BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Nov. 1-13.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Nov. 1
Jason L. Brewster, 41, of Unity, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on Waning Road in Unity.
Nov. 6
Stephen Cummings, 37, of Windham, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on N. Palermo Road in Palermo.
Nov. 7
Alexsander Baublis, 22, of Prospect, was arrested for operating under the influence.
Thomas J. Davis, 42, of Winterport, was arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash on Lebanon Road in Winterport.
Nov. 12
Rodrigo Sousa-Schaustz, 20, of Bangor, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Swan Lake Ave. in Swanville.
