    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Sept. 4-30. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Aug. 22 (late entry)

    A Searsport minor was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Black Hill Road in Searsport. 

    Sept. 4

    Anthony S. Destetano, 46, of Fayette, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Commercial Street in Winterport. 

    Sept. 14

    William A. Bailey, 54, of Knox, was arrested for operating under the influence, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and failure to notify of an accident by quickest means on Mitchell Road in Freedom. 

    Sept. 20

    Nicole F. Wallace, 32, of Rockland, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle on Main Street in Belfast. 

    Sept. 21

    Sharon C. Sloan, 32, of Bangor, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on North Searsport Road in Frankfort. 

    Sept. 22

    Jessica Frates, 48, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Waldo Ave in Belfast. 

    Joshua Smith, 30, of Orland, was issued a summons for violation of conditions of release on Waldo Ave in Belfast. 

    Sept. 26

    Dakota C. Demaria, 25, of Searsport, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on North Searsport Road in Swanville. 

    Sept. 29

    Ashleigh Gibbs, 30, of Brooks, was arrested for possession of heroin and violation of bail on School Street in Brooks.

    Destiny Robbins, 23, of Belfast, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and operating after habitual offender revocation on Thorndike Road in Unity. 

    Sept. 30

    Keegan Davis, 20, of Lincoln, was arrested for domestic violence assault on North Main Street in Winterport. 

    Eric Parker, 33, of Frankfort, was arrested for violation of bail on Marsh Road in Frankfort.
