    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Aug. 17 - Sept. 7. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    July 23 (late entry)

    Zachary T. Martin, 19, of Liberty, was issued a summons for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor on West Main Street in Liberty. 

    Isaac J. Pollard, 30, of Palermo, was issued summonses for operating under the influence, failure to stop for a police officer, and driving to endanger on Pinnacle Road in Liberty. Pollard was also issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

    Aug. 17

    Sarah Hopkins, 53, of Bangor, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Curtis Road in Monroe. 

    Aug. 18

    Evan C. West, 21, of Liberty, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Pinnacle Road in Liberty.

    Aug. 19

    William Deane, 43, of Lincolnville, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, and creating a police standoff on Back Belmont Road in Belfast.  

    Aug. 31

    Taylor Hamor, 21, of Winterport, was arrested for domestic violence assault on North Main Street in Winterport. 

    Sept. 1

    A Hampden minor was issued a summons for imprudent speed on Veterans Highway in Brooks. 

    Desiree Gerrior, 39, of Waldo, was arrested for violating conditions of release in Belfast. 

    Ryan S. Flannery, 35, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Cape Jellison Road in Stockton Springs.

    Sept. 4

    Dylan J. Brasslett, 20, of Winterport, was issued a summons for illegal transportation of liquor by a minor on Loggin Road in Frankfort. 

    Sept. 6

    Roger D. Coffman, 26, of Page, Arizona, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Waldo Ave in Belfast.

    Sept. 3

    Holly A. Phillips, 49, of Scarborough, was issued a summons for speeding 83 mph in a 55 mph zone on Lincolnville Road in Belmont. 

    Donald L. Patten, 62, of Belfast, was issued summonses for leaving the scene of a personal injury crash and driving to endanger on Atlantic Highway in Northport.

    Sept. 4

    Kyle S. Harding, 21, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for imprudent speed on Poors Mill Road in Belfast. 

    Sept. 7

    Fritz J. Trisdale, 72, of Lincolnville, was issued arrested for criminal mischief and domestic violence assault on Miner Town Drive in Lincolnville.
