July 26 

Kyle Doughty, 23, of Brooks, was issued summonses for burglary of a motor vehicle and theft in Stockton Springs July 2.

July 30 

Troy C. Oliver, 46, of Monroe, was issued a summons for false public alarm on Jackson Road in Monroe. 

July 31

Lawrence R. Caldwell, 53, of Knox, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Sullivan Road in Jackson. 

Aug. 3

Barry Weems, 29, of Troy, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Troy Center Road in Troy. 

Aug. 6

Theodore Harris, 21, of Winterport, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Water Street in Winterport. 

Aug. 8

Diana R. Blood, 34, of Waldo, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release in Waldo. 

Aug. 10

Carlton J. Elliott, 31, of Augusta, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Cape Jellison Road in Stockton Springs. 

Aug. 11

Desiree Gerrior, 39, of Waldo, was arrested for unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs. 

Salvador Gomez, 38, of Belfast, was arrested for operating after suspension.

Jack B. Littlefield, 20, of Morrill, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Weymouth Road in Morrill.

Harland Gamble, 63, of Prospect, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation in Swanville. 

Hugh A. Pomeroy, 44, of Swanville, operating without a license in Swanville.

Kergan T. Perkins, 19, of Winterport, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Johnson Lane in Winterport. 

Jack B. Littlefield, 20, of Morrill, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Weymouth Road in Morrill. 

Aug. 12 

Michael Maglaras, 46, of Belfast, was arrested for assault. 

Ryan S. Flannery, 35, of Bangor, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug (two counts) and operating under the influence on Ryan Road in Belfast. 

Aug. 14

Anthony L. Gathright, 18, of Winterport, was arrested for operating under the influence and illegal transportation of liquor by a minor on Main Road North in Frankfort.

Aug. 17

Eric Abelin, 49, of Northport, was issued a summons for speeding 59 mph in a 50 mph zone on Route 137 in Knox. 

Aug. 18

Dale A. Haskins, 22, of Swanville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Harriman Road in Swanville. 

Benjamin Young, 29, of Swanville, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, operating after suspension, and failure to register a motor vehicle on Curtis Road in Swanville.

Brian Carroll, 35, of Dixmont, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Curtis Road in Swanville.

Aug. 20

Devin L. Colby-McIntire, 23, of Swanville, was arrested for operating under the influence on Main Street in Belfast. Colby-McIntire was also issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, operator possessing an open alcohol container, and leaving a lane of travel. 

Aug. 21

Wayne Clark, 59, of Monroe, was issued a summons for harassment by telephone on Curtis Road in Swanville. 

Aug. 22

A Searsport minor was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, and failure to register a motor vehicle on Black Hill Road in Searsport. 

Brandon W. Knox, 33, of Belfast, was arrested for violation of a protection order on Ryan Road in Belfast. 

Aug. 23

Jenna Lee, 26, of Winterport, was arrested for (two counts of) domestic violence assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Baker Road in Winterport. 

Aug. 25

Devon S. Danforth, 22, of Swanville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation in Searsport. 

Aug. 26

Paul Lawrence, 49, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating after revocation in Swanville. 

Giuliana Hantz, 28, of Rockland, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Brock Road in Searsport.
