    BELFAST – The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity June 27 - July 15. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    June 27

    Ryan M. Lawrence, 38, of Camden, was arrested for operating under the influence and violating conditions of release on Atlantic Highway in Northport.

    June 30

    Vickey L. Witham, 56, of Winterport, was issued summonses for burglary and criminal restraint on N. Main Street in Winterport. 

    July 3

    Chelsea M. Baker, 20, of Hampden, was issued a summons for illegal transportation of drugs by a minor on Route 141 in Swanville. 

    Amanda R. Battaglia, 29, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while using a handheld device on Belmont Ave in Belfast. 

    Jonathan Lawrence, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for unnecessary brake/acceleration noise on Oak Hill Road in Swanville. 

    Kelli L. Stark, 24, of Swanville, was issued a summons for speeding 71 mph in a 45 mph zone on Oak Hill Road in Swanville. 

    Brittany Thompson, 29, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while using a handheld device on Northport Ave in Belfast. 

    July 4

    Gregg L. Hamilton, 46, of Brooks, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 141 in Swanville. 

    Anthony L. Gathright, 18, of Winterport, was issued a summons for illegal transportation of drugs by a minor on Frankfort Road in Swanville. 

    Jackson P. Thayer, 18, of Hampden, was issued a summons for speeding 70 mph in a 45 mph zone on Monroe Road in Winterport. 

    July 5

    Peter Nahme, 46, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Muskrat Farm Road in Stockton Springs. 

    July 6

    James Styrun, 45, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order on Steeves Way in Liberty. 

    July 7

    Ryan R. Fuller, 28, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for violation of bail on New England Road in Searsmont. 

    July 8

    Patrick R. Aylward, 35, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Beach Road in Lincolnville. 

    Brandi Howard, 32, of Jackson, was arrested for failure to appear.

    July 9

    Eric J. Drew, 47, of Lincolnville, was issued summonses for violation of a protection from abuse order and violating conditions of release on Atlantic Highway in Lincolnville. 

    Charles Haskins, 25, of Stockton Springs, was issued summonses for attaching false plates and operating after suspension on Route 139 in Brooks. 

    Gregg L. Hamilton, 46, of Searsport, was arrested for violating conditions of release and violation of a protection from abuse order on Swan Lake Ave in Monroe. 

    July 11

    Deputy Lucas Porter responded to the scene of a single-vehicle accident on Atlantic Highway where an operator fell asleep causing their vehicle to leave the left side of the road and cross a ditch. The vehicle then traveled along a rock wall before hitting a tree head-on, where the vehicle came to rest. The driver was uninjured and the 2006 Saab they were operating was towed from the scene due to disabling damage.

    July 14

    Richard Henry, 58, of Troy, was issued summonses for indecent exposure/conduct and violating conditions of release on Rogers Road in Troy.

    July 15

    Christopher Antkowski, 27, of Augusta, was issued a summons for speeding 77 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 3 in Palermo.
