    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity June 19-30. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    June 19

    Stephen M. Browne, 33, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Oak Street in Winterport. 

    June 20

    Brandon Heath, 29, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Stagecoach Road in Stockton Springs. 

    June 21

    Amber D. Riposta, 36, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Homestead Road in Belmont. 

    Neil J. Kearney, 60, of Broomall, Pennsylvania, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Beach Drive in Searsmont. 

    June 23

    Timothy J. Senter, 21, of Stetson, was issued a summons for criminal speed (40+ mph over the speed limit) on Boston Road in Winterport. 

    June 24

    Tyler R. Ellsworth, 21, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance and operating after suspension on North Searsport Road in Swanville. 

    Danielle Ellsworth, 40, of Swanville, was issued a summons for refusing to submit to arrest or detention and obstructing government administration on North Searsport Road in Swanville. 

    Samantha Brown, 36, of Swanville, was issued a summons for harassment by telephone on Public Safety Way in Belfast. 

    June 30

    Alyssa Orestis, 34, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operating without a license (beyond conditions), and endangering the welfare of a minor (four counts) on Mt. Ephraim Road in Searsport.
