    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity May 14 - June 3. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    May 15

    Damon Dow, 23, of Cherryfield, was issued summonses for a false public alarm or report, leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Stream Road in Winterport on May 12. 

    May 21

    Alan Kienow, 23, of Winterport, was issued a summons for falsifying evidence on Kendall Road in Winterport May 11. 

    Ann M. Tuck, 55, of Jackson, was issued a summons for endangering the welfare of a child on Moosehead Trail in Jackson. 

    Gerald L. Tuck, 55, of Jackson, was issued a summons for endangering the welfare of a child on Moosehead Trail in Jackson. 

    May 27

    Joaquin Padilla, 25, of Eddington, was issued summonses for operating after revocation and violation of bail on Atlantic Highway in Lincolnville. 

    June 1

    Cheyenne Nowak, 31, of Brooks, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Purple Heart Highway in Brooks.
