BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity March 17-24. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

March 19

Brian K. Boggs, 61, of Orland, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, and failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle on Route 1 in Stockton Springs.

Johnathan L. Maro, 27, of Troy, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Moosehead Trail in Jackson.

Alan F. Woodruff, 84, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for operating after revocation on Searsmont Road in Belmont. 

March 20

Jonathan E. Ward, 42, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Main Street in Morrill. 

March 22

Tyson Seruisky, 32, of Brooks, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Bear Trap Highway in Brooks.
