    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity March 3-12. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    March 3

    Gail Landry, 65, of Glenburn, was arrested for operating under the influence on Route 202 in Troy.

    March 6

    Jacob Rose, 20, of Monroe, was arrested for failure to stop for a law enforcement officer, violating conditions of release, and driving to endanger on Moosehead Trail in Brooks. 

    Jonathan Lawrence, 20, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to remain at the scene of a personal injury crash, false attachment of plates, operating under the influence, violating conditions of release, driving to endanger, and failure to notify of a crash by quickest means on Moosehead Trail in Brooks. 

    March 11

    Donna D. Thomas, 20, of Waterville, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on Waterville Road in Waldo.

    Donald Knowlton, 29, of Swanville, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Swan Lake Ave in Swanville.
