    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Jan. 10-25.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Jan. 10

    Dereck Maxcy, 41, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and attaching false plates on S. Main Street in Winterport.

    Jan. 14

    Neil Warren, 35, of Swanville, was issued summonses for failure to stop, failure by owner to register a motor vehicle, operating after revocation, and violating a condition of release on Harriman Road in Swanville. 

    Jan. 15

    Christopher Lawrence, 40, of Swanville, was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, violating a condition of release, and failure to stop for an officer on Webster Road in Swanville. 

    Heidi Resh, 42, of Swanville, was issued summonses for unauthorized use of a vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and failure to stop for an officer on Webster Road in Swanville. 

    Jan. 16

    Deanna M. Lenfest, 43, of Unity, was issued a summons for assault on Plaza Drive in Unity.

    Jan. 18

    Ryan C. Guimond, 22, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Clark Road in Belfast.

    Jan. 19

    Robert Seger, 33, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for violating a condition of bail on Loggin Road in Frankfort. 

    Jan. 21

    Stephen G. Fowler, 88, of Thorndike, attaching false plates on Lang Hill Highway in Brooks.

    Jan. 22

    Terri Peabody, 54, of Jackson, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Route 7 in Jackson.
