    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Feb. 20 - March 25. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Feb. 20

    Travis L. King, 42, of Bucksport, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Homestead Way in Frankfort. 

    James A. Maynard, 30, of Glenburn, was arrested for operating after suspension, violating a  condition of release, and unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Homestead Way. 

    Feb. 24 

    Brady Irish, 24, of Dedham, was issued summonses for criminal mischief, unauthorized use of property,  and operating after revocation on Swan Lake Ave in Swanville, stemming from an incident Feb. 2. 

    Feb. 28

    Tierra A. Stevens, 29, of Manhattan, Kansas, was issued a summons for failure to give notice of an accident by quickest means on West Main Street in Monroe. 

    March 4

    Dustyn Wood, 30, of Brooks, was arrested for two counts of unauthorized taking or transfer on Lang Hill Highway in Brooks. One of the charges stems from an incident Dec. 22. Wood was also charged with criminal trespass and violation of a condition of release. 

    March 12

    Zebediah J. Maker, 33, of Liberty, was issued a summons for receiving stolen property on Belfast Road in Northport, stemming from an incident Jan. 26. 

    Clarence J. Lawrence, 43, of Belmont, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Belfast Road in Northport, stemming from an incident Jan. 26. 

    Robert Vallero, 44, of Belmont, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Belfast Road in Northport, stemming from an incident Jan. 26. 

    March 19

    Hunter Brown, 19, of Union, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Route 202 in Troy. 

    Colby Greeley, 22, of Albion, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Route 202 in Albion.
