    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Feb. 11-25. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.  

    Feb. 11

    Hunter Thompson, 21, of Morrill, was issued summonses for operating under the influence, two counts of violating conditions of release, and unauthorized use of property on Mount Waldo Road in Frankfort. 

    Carol Goodwin, 60, of Hampden, was issued summonses for driving to endanger and leaving the scene of a personal injury crash on Route 69 in Winterport.

    Feb. 16

    William C. Whitcomb, 39, of Monroe, was issued summonses for burglary, theft, and receiving stolen property on Fenwick Road in Belmont.

    Feb. 20

    Robert A. Daigle, 38, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and failure to give notice of a crash by quickest means, operating without a license, and leaving the scene of a property damage crash on Old Belfast Road in Frankfort.

    Feb. 21

    Crystal Philbrook, 39, of Troy, was issued a summons for theft on Larabee Road in Knox.

    Feb. 23

    Stephen E. Larrabee, 41, of Prospect, was issued summonses for theft and criminal mischief on Bangor Road in Prospect, stemming from an incident Jan. 27.
