    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Nov. 30 - Dec. 30. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Nov. 2 (late entry)

    Devon Ricker, 32, of Dixmont, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Main Street in Morrill. 

    Nov. 30

    Michael J. Bickford, 25, of Jackson, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Moosehead Trail in Jackson. 

    Dec. 2

    Raymond A. Miner, 34, of Knox, was issued a summons for possession of firearms prohibited for certain persons on Shibles Road in Knox. 

    Dec. 5

    Devin M. Burnell, 21, of Bangor, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance, failure to stop for a police officer, operating without a license, and speeding 73 mph in a 30 mph zone on Weymouth Road in Morrill. 

    Dec. 11

    Kandi Flemming, 32, of Winterport, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Stream Road in Winterport. 

    Dec. 16

    Konnor L. Harford, 21, of Winterport, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized use of property on Town House Road in Swanville. 

    Dec. 20

    Katlin S. Baker, 27, of Rockland, was issued a summons for domestic violence assault on Waldo Station Road in Waldo. 

    Dec. 22

    Kevin A. Brogdon, 29, of Bangor, was a issued summons for operating without a license on Route 3 in Searsmont. 

    Dec. 23

    William H. Nunn, 25, of Monroe, was arrested for assault, two counts of violating conditions of release, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Belfast Road in Knox. 

    Dec. 27

    Robert A. Daigle, 28, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle on Old Belfast Road in Frankfort.
