Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 11-18. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    Tyler J. Damon, 29, of Stockton Springs, probation violation in Prospect Oct. 1, 2019, nine months in jail and probation partially revoked; unlawful furnishing in a scheduled drug in Belfast Sept. 15, six months in jail and $400 fine; criminal mischief in Belfast July 9, 60 days in jail; violation of a protection order in Belfast Nov. 4, six months in jail. 

    Joan M. Maddocks, 63, of Northport, protective order from harassment violation in Northport Dec. 24, 2019, $200 fine. 

    Thomas Gilliland, 58, of Thomaston, operating under the influence in Belfast Jan. 25, 2020, three years six months in prison with all but four months suspended, license suspended for six years, and $2,100 fine; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Jan. 25, 2020, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (with the use of physical force) in Belfast Jan. 25, 2020, dismissed.

    Ryan S. Henry, 25, of Detroit, reckless conduct in Frankfort Jan. 6, 2020, one year in prison with all but 15 days suspended and one year of probation. 

    Tony H. Bates, 43, of Belfast, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Belfast Dec. 20, $300 fine. 

    Brenda L. Brown, 64, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 3, $200 fine. 

    Steven E. Clarke, 56, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Dec. 26, dismissed.
