    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Nov. 9-20. 

    Stephanie C. Coutu, 27, of Waterville, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Brooks April 12, 2018, 18 months in prison with all but nine days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; failing to report in Bangor March 8, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Troy Nov. 7, 48 hours in jail. 

    William M. Hegstrom, 47, of Brooks, operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 15, 2019, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Feb. 15, 2019, dismissed. 

    Wendell J. Ramsdell Jr., 65, of Canaan, driving to endanger in Burnham April 24, 2019, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Burnham, April 24, 2019, dismissed. 

    Sean R. Anderson, 38, of Liberty, probation violation in Searsmont May 3, 2019, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued.

    Makenzie A. Tozier, 23, of Frankfort, driving to endanger in Frankfort June 28, 2019, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Frankfort June 28, 2019, dismissed.

    Joshua R. Miller, 49, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast June 16, 2019, $250 fine. 

    Kerston Lane, 44, of Brooks, domestic violence aggravated assault in Brooks Aug. 7, 2019, seven years in prison with all but nine months suspended and three years of probation; domestic violence assault in Brooks Aug. 7, 2019, nine months in prison; domestic violence terrorizing in Brooks Aug. 7, 2019, nine months in prison; obstructing the report of a crime in Brooks Aug. 7, 2019, nine months in prison; violating conditions of release in Brooks Aug. 7, 2019, nine months in prison.

    Michael J. Cheney, 60, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 6, 2019, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

    Carlton Munro, 29, of Old Orchard Beach, burglary in Searsport Sept. 9, 2019, three years in prison with all but four months suspended, two years of probation, and $396.26 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Searsport Sept. 9, 2019, four months in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Searsport Sept. 9, 2019, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; fishing for shellfish from a closed area in Stockton Springs Dec. 10, 2019, $300 fine; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Dec. 10, 2019, seven days in jail; theft by unauthorized or transfer in Stockton Springs Jan. 15, seven days in jail and $286.26 restititution; violating conditions of release in Searsport Jan. 27, seven days in jail. 

    Timothy Moody, 29, of Northport, operating under the influence in Monroe Nov. 26, 2019, 364 days in jail with all but 15 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine; operating without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Monroe Nov. 26, 2019, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Monroe Nov. 26, 2019, 48 hours in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Monroe Sept. 14, five days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Monroe Sept. 14, five days in jail; violating a condition of release in Monroe July 20, dismissed.

    Takota W. Lenfest, 22, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Swanville Dec. 11, 2019, nine months in jail with all suspended and two years of probation. 

    Harold E. Leathers III, 22, of Belfast, sexual abuse of a minor in Belfast June 1, 2019, dismissed. 

    Gage J. Gagnon, 23, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast Jan. 24, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation in Waldo March 30, 45 days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Waldo March 30, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Oct. 8, dismissed; operating after habitual offender revocation in Stockton Springs Oct. 8, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; attaching false plates in Stockton Springs Oct. 8, dismissed; failing to give the correct address, name, or date-of-birth in Stockton Springs Oct. 8, dismissed. 

    Damien M. Ward, 32, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Jan. 15, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Brooks Jan. 15, dismissed. 

    Jonathan A. Gaudet, 39, of Bangor, negotiating a worthless instrument in Belfast Feb. 21, one year in prison and $662.54 restitution.

    Philip J. Dulude, 52, of Swanville, violating a condition of release in Belfast June 23, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 3, 48 hours in jail; violating conditions of release in Belfast Nov. 7, 14 days in jail.

    Sean R. Anderson, 38, of Liberty, burglary in Liberty June 1, 2019, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Liberty June 1, 2019, 10 days in jail. 

    Bradley Beeton, 34, of Morrill, domestic violence assault in Belmont July 10, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Belmont July 10, dismissed; domestic violence reckless conduct in Belmont July 10, dismissed; criminal mischief in Belmont July 10, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Morrill Aug. 30, dismissed. 

    Devin Colby McIntire, 23, of Swanville, operating without a license in Waldo July 27, $200 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 20, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

    Liane Rolls, 22, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 17, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Sept. 10, dismissed. 

    Frank L. Clark, 58, of Hampden, illegal possession of a firearm in Jackson Aug. 16, 48 hours in jail and $750 fine. 

    Jessica Ouellette, 41, of Trenton, terrorizing in Frankfort July 7, 48 hours in jail; terrorizing in Frankfort July 7, dismissed; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Frankfort July 7, dismissed.

    Rene Martin, 22, of Brooks, attaching false plates in Searsport July 26, unconditional discharge. 

    Casey O. Palmer, 28, of Knox, operating while license suspended or revoked in Thorndike June 29, $250 fine. 

    Peter Bailey 34, of Northport, domestic violence aggravated assault in Northport Sept. 16, $250 fine.  

    Jamie-Lyn Leclair, 41, of Winslow, operating while license suspended or revoked in Palermo Aug. 1, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $600 fine; violating a condition of release in Palermo Aug. 1, 48 hours in jail. 

    Christopher W. Strout, 21, of Dixmont, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast Sept. 5, dismissed. 

    Thomas A. Thomas II, 45, of Monroe, operating while license suspended or revoked in Monroe July 20, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Monroe July 20, dismissed. 

    Nicholas Philbrick, 24, of Frankfort, driving to endanger in Frankfort Oct. 5, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

    Jennifer Steingass, 38, of Searsmont, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Oct. 9, dismissed. 

    Christopher Ray, 39, of Lincolnville, violating a condition of release in Lincolnville Nov. 7, 48 hours in jail. 

    Charles I. Haskins, 24, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Oct. 9, $500 fine. 

    Zachariah Bormet, 21, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Sept. 30, dismissed. 

    Cordell Larrabee, 18, of Swanville, operating a vehicle without a license (beyond conditions/restrictions) in Monroe Sept. 13, dismissed. 

    Robert M. Cushman III, 20, of Belmont, attaching false plates in Belmont Sept. 29, $100 fine. 

    Heather Lyle, 40, of Unity, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Troy Sept. 28, $100 fine. 

    Melissa Rhode, 24, of Searsport, negotiating a worthless instrument in Belfast Jan. 26, $374 restitution and unconditional discharge. 

    Laura Harvey, 24, of Warren, two counts of allowing a dog to be at large in Montville Aug. 21, $50 fine for each count. 

    Dylan J. Brasslett, 20, of Frankfort, minor transporting liquor in Frankfort Sept. 4, license suspended for 30 days and $200 fine. 

    Elizabeth Palmer Herdrich, 60, of Searsmont, animal trespass in Searsmont Oct. 28, $1,000 fine.
