    Richard Gainer, 35, of Searsport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast March 23, 2018, $400 fine; unlawful possession of cocaine base in Belfast March 23, 2018, dismissed; unlawful possession of oxycodone in Belfast March 23, 2018, dismissed. 

    Amy L. Hewett, 28, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Northport Sept. 13, 2018, $250 fine. 

    Kevin Simmons, 39, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Jan. 20, 2019, $250 fine; domestic violence assault in Belfast Jan. 20, 2019, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Belfast Jan. 20, 2019, dismissed. 

    Kathryn Sebastiano, 41, of Northport, violating a protection from abuse order in Northport April 5, 2019, dismissed. 

    Casey O. Palmer, 28, of Freedom, harassment by telephone in Unity Feb. 27, 2019, $500 fine; tampering with a witness, informant, juror, or victim in Unity Feb. 27, 2019, dismissed. 

    Christian M. Watkins, 27, of Unity, driving to endanger in Belmont May 18, 2019, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belmont May 18, 2019, dismissed.

    Matthew S. Oulette, 27, of Fort Kent, operating under the influence in Belfast June 8, 2019, dismissed. 

    Neil L. Greenleaf, 36, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast June 17, 2019, $250 fine; domestic violence assault in Belfast June 17, 2019, dismissed. 

    Eben F. Colby, 39, of Winterport, criminal mischief in Swanville May 19, 2019, dismissed. 

    Abbie M. Hills, 50, of Montville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Montville Jan. 13, 2016, $100 fine. 

    Elvis N. Robbins, 65, of Belfast, indecent conduct in Belfast May 8, 2019, 48 hours in jail. 

    Christopher Colwell, 36, of South China, domestic violence assault in Palermo Aug. 5, 2019, dismissed; criminal mischief in Palermo Aug. 5, 2019, dismissed; criminal mischief in Palermo Oct. 11, dismissed; obstructing the report of a crime in Palermo Oct. 11, dismissed; theft by unauthorized use of property in Palermo Oct. 11, dismissed. 

    Nathaniel Spearing, 46, of Winterport, driving to endanger in Belfast Aug. 16, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 16, 2019, dismissed. 

    Jodi Gardner, 51, of Brooks, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Brooks July 28, 2019, dismissed. 

    Tyler J. Damon, 29, of Swanville, probation violation in Prospect Oct. 1, 70 days in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

    Richard Poirier, 45, of Winslow, violating a protection from abuse order in Belfast Oct. 17, dismissed. 

    Tina M. Herrick, 47, of Lincolnville, domestic violence assault in Lincolnville Nov. 23, 2019, dismissed. 

    Darren J. Labbe, 55, of Brooks, unlawful sexual contact in Brooks Oct. 27, nine months in jail with all suspended and one year of probation. 

    Eric Blanchette, 20, of Swanville, assault in Belfast Nov. 8, $300 fine. 

    Clinton L. King, 24, of Detroit, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Unity Dec. 8, dismissed. 

    Joanne M. Lydem, 48, of Jackson, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Troy Jan. 25, 23 days in jail and $400 fine; eluding an officer in Troy Jan. 25, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug (four counts) in Troy Jan. 25, all dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Troy Jan. 25, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Troy Jan. 25, 48 hours in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation in Troy April 18, 30 days in jail and $500 fine; violating a condition of release in Troy April 18, 48 hours in jail.

Gibbs, 30, of Brooks, violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Dec. 11, 14 days in jail; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs Dec. 11, two years in prison with all but 80 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Stockton Springs Dec. 11, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs Feb. 2, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Feb. 2, 14 days in jail; possession of hypodermic apparatuses in Stockton Springs Feb. 2, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Brooks Aug. 10, 14 days in jail. 

    Gail Curtis, 35, of Stockton Springs, unlawful possession fo a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs Feb. 9, 364 days in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Stockton Springs Feb. 9, dismissed.

    Joshua Maloon, 34, of Waldo, fishing for or possessing a fish taken during a closed season in Swanville Dec. 31, dismissed. 

    Christopher Stalcup, 49, of South Thomaston, operating under the influence in Searsport Feb. 15, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine. 

    Henry N. Hartley Jr., 45, of Jackson, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Jackson Feb. 25, $250 fine; domestic violence assault in Jackson Feb. 25, dismissed.

    Charles W. Resh, 42, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Searsport Jan. 14, $650 fine. 

    David E. Churchill Jr., 36, of Aurora, theft by unauthorized taking or transport in Frankfort March 31, dismissed.

    Diana Blood, 34, of Waldo, domestic violence assault in Searsport June 14, 14 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 26, 14 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Aug. 21, 20 days in jail, and $29.97 restitution; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 21, 20 days in jail. 

    Brandi Nickerson, 36, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast June 21, 364 days in jail with all but 40 days suspended, one year of probation, license suspended six years, registration suspended, and $1,400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 21, 14 days in jail; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast June 21, $150 fine; violating a condition of release (four counts) in Belfast June 21, all dismissed.

    Victoria Burns, 33, of Appleton, operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs May 23, dismissed.
