Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST  — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court June 15 - July 10. 

    Heather Walsh, 39, of Thorndike, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Knox Nov. 7, 2018, two years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine. 

    Adam Gray, 48, of Plymouth, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Thorndike Feb. 1, 2019, dismissed; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Thorndike Feb. 1, 2019, five years in prison with all but one year suspended, two years of probation and $400 fine. 

    Samantha G. Ladd, 38, of Frankfort, operating under the influence in Brooks May 20, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine. 

    Tyler E. Batty, 34, of Belfast, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast May 21, dismissed. 

    Imma Thomas, 20, of Frankfort, violating a protection from abuse order in Belfast April 15, $250 fine. 

    Adam M. Giggey, 41, of Waterville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity May 4, $500 fine. 

    Bethany Hustus, 26, of Ellsworth, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 30, $250 fine and $64.59 restitution. 

    Samuel A. Robbins, 32, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belmont April 26, $250 fine. 

    Dakota T. Sanford, 26, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast March 30, seven days in jail. 

    Shannevia D. Yarns, 27, of Waterville, operating a vehicle without a license in Searsmont May 29, dismissed. 

    Raymond A. Miner III, 33, of Knox, operating under the influence in Knox July 6, 10 days in jail, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Knox July 6, $250 fine. 

    James Styron, 45, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, violating a protection from abuse order in Liberty July 6, two days in jail. 

    Raynold J. Newbury III, 25, of Belfast, criminal mischief in Belfast July 6, five days in jail; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast July 6, two days in jail; indecent conduct in Belfast July 6, two days in jail. 

    David J. Riley Jr. 37, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast July 10, 48 hours in jail. 

    Haylei Gamble, 18, of Swanville, minor possessing liquor in Belfast Feb. 6, $200 fine. 

    Sean R. Anderson, 38, of Liberty, use of drug paraphernalia in Liberty Jan. 22, $300 fine. 

    Keanu I. Campbell, 19, of Rockland, possession of marijuana by a person under 21 years of age in Belmont Feb. 27, $350 fine.
