AUGUSTA — The Maine CDC has announced, April 22, an additional three COVID-19 deaths in the state, bringing the state’s COVID-19 death toll to 39. 

One was a female in her 70s from Cumberland County, one was a man in his 80s from Waldo County and one was a woman in her 70s from Waldo County. 

Two of the individuals were residents of Waldo County and one was a resident of Cumberland County.
