WATERVILLE — Two local field hockey players have been selected to play in the annual McNally senior all-star game for players making the all-state list. 

The game will be held Saturday, June 29 at noon at Thomas College in Waterville and will pit the north squad versus the south squad. 

Representing the Midcoast on the north squad will be Belfast players Amy Gaiero and Maya Cunningham. 

Cost for admission is $5 for adults, $3 for students and seniors, and $15 for families. 

Proceeds from the event will benefit Camp Sunshine, a retreat for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families, in Casco.
