Symphonasaurus, the nationally acclaimed family dinosaur concert, comes roaring onto the stage of the Rockport Opera House, August 16, at 3 p.m. This “symphony of dinosaurs” teaches children about classical music, stringed instruments and dinosaur science in a fun and highly engaging manner.

John Burstein, (AKA Slim Goodbody on public television) joins forces with the Palaver Strings and Bay Chamber Concerts, to knock your prehistoric socks off!

Symphonasaurus combines humor, storytelling, visual effects and incredible costumes, all designed to involve children and parents in the wonderful world of the symphony.

At one point, a group of youngsters is even invited up on stage to become “Bronto Babies.”

Tickets are priced at $10. Call 236-2823 or online at BAYCHAMBERCONCERTS.ORG
