ST. GEORGE — Please join Jackson Memorial Library, Saturday, August 6, at 10 a.m., to visit the home and gardens of Alan Kearl and Beckie Weinheimer, at 173 Otis Point Road.

Alan and their landscape gardener Jacinda Martinez will explain how they transformed an acre plus of overgrown weeds and crab grass with only a limited water supply, and plenty of visiting deer into today’s manicured lawns, raised vegetable beds, orchard, flower, and herb gardens, along with wetland area with cranberries and other edible native plants.
