Spring Equinox Meditation Walk offered in Waldoboro, March 25

WALDOBORO — Midcoast Conservancy will be offering a Spring Equinox Meditation Walk at the Riverbrook Preserve, in Waldoboro, this Saturday, March 25, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The spring equinox marks a transition from the long, dark nights of winter, towards the bright light of summer. The changing daylight offers an opportunity to reflect what one is emerging from and what one is moving towards.
All are invited to come for a stroll to reflect on seasonal shifts in the landscape, and in their lives.
This is an all-ages event that will include opportunities for silent reflection and lightly facilitated conversation. The gathering will start with an opening circle, go on a mostly flat 1.5 mile walk, pause to circle up once more, and hike the 1.5 miles back to the cars.
“All are welcome, and exactly as they are!” said Midcoast Conservancy, in a news release.
Registration is requested for this free event. To sign up, go to https://www.midcoastconservancy.org/events-list/spring-equinox-meditation-event.
