Soup and Suspense at Vose Library to feature Barbara Ross, Oct. 19

    UNION — Vose Library’s patrons and friends are invited to Vose Library’s Annual Soup & Suspense featuring Barbara Ross, Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2022, at 7 p.m., in-person and via Zoom.

    Barbara Ross is the author of the Maine Clambake Mysteries and the Jane Darrowfield Mysteries. Her books have been nominated for multiple Agatha Awards for Best Contemporary Novel and have won the Maine Literary Award for Crime Fiction. Ross’ Maine Clambake novellas are included along with stories by Leslie Meier and Lee Hollis in holiday anthologies from Kensington Publishing.

    This is an in person event, but participants can also pick up their soup to take home and view the presentation via Zoom.

    • 6:30 p.m.: Soup will be ready (suggested donation of $5)

    • 7 p.m.: Presentation begins, followed by Q&A

    In-person presentation & Zoom with Vose: Free

    • Copies of her books will be available for purchase at the presentation.

    • Vose encourages all participants to drop-off a can of soup to be donated to Come Spring Pantry.
