Social Meditation is an open-hearted practice of meditation in community. Participants explore what it feels like to speak and listen from present moment experience, strengthening individual and collective goodness.
Each gathering includes sitting meditation, group sharing and dialogue, and tea and socializing.

Maggie Karoff first practiced Social Meditation at the Boston Shambhala Meditation Center in 2013. Social Meditation was developed by Shastri Nick Kranz, under the mentorship of Adam Lobel, over the last 10 years. It is currently practiced at Shambhala Centers around the world.
