‘Signs of Kindness’ to be held outside Rockland Public Library, July 13

Event has passed

ROCKLAND — People of all ages are invited to participate in "Signs of Kindness" at the Rockland Public Library. On Wednesday, July 13, at 9 a.m., participants will hold up positive and affirmative signs on the Union Street lawn to share joy with those driving and walking by.

Signs can be made at home, or between July 5-12, during the Library’s regular open hours, participants can come in and create one. Supplies (poster board and markers) are provided.

The Library requests that signs be neither political or religious in nature.

“Let's spread some kindness!” said RPL, in a news release.
