SEARSPORT — The Craft Fair is now being hosted by Barney Hose Company/Searsport Fire Dept.
The 2021 Car Show & Spring Craft Fair will be held Saturday, July 10, 2021, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Searsport District High/Middle School on Mortland Road. This is a “rain or shine” event that traditionally has been well attended and received, according to Barney Hose Company, in a news release.
Spaces are either 10’x10’ square or 6’x15’ rectangle. There are no tables provided – you must supply your own table and are welcome to bring a canopy for your outside space.
Spaces are all first come, first serve, so, please be sure to get your requests in early. Due to Covid this is an outside event only. Fees are paid on a non-refundable basis.
“We will do our best to separate like products, however with late registrations arriving, we cannot guarantee placement,” said the release.
Set up begins at 7 a.m. Crafters may safely pull up to unload in the bus drop area. After all items are unloaded, please park in the designated areas. All vehicles must be moved by 8:45 a.m. for the safety of crafters and patrons. No cars are to remain parked in front of the School. After setting up representatives will be checking in throughout the day.
Absolutely no smoking or alcoholic beverages are allowed on site. This includes consuming or selling.
Please complete the included form and return it with your payment.
