    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity from Jan 1-Feb.1. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Jan. 1

    Michael Canfield, 24, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Officer Celjeta Bixhaku for reckless conduct and violation of conditional release.

    Jan. 4

    Aliza Anthony, 22, of Vinalhaven, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for violation of conditional release.

    Jan. 5

    Dakota Young, 24, of Waldoboro, was issued summonses by Bixhaku for attaching false plates, failure to register vehicle and failure to provide proof of insurance.

    Jan. 16

    Gordon Gill, 45, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for speeding.

    Jan. 19

    Jeremy C. Peterson, 31, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for operating after suspension.

    Jan. 28

    Valentine Degiovanni, 21, of Presque Isle, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for speeding.

    Troy Marriner, 30, of Owls Head, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for failure to register vehicle.

    Scott Blue, 48, of Brewer, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for proof of insurance.
