Rockport Police beat
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity from Oct. 17-Nov. 27. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Oct. 23
Evan Lanpher, 25, of Liberty, was issued a summons by Officer Celjeta Bixhaku for failure to register vehicle, expired 30-150 days.
Heather M. Beauchene, 46, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for reckless conduct.
Oct. 28
David A. Kivus, 57, of St. George, was issued as summons by Bixhaku for operating after suspension.
Nov. 7
Andrew McLain, 23, of Owls Head, was issued a warrant by Bixhaku for violation of protection from abuse.
Nov. 8
Todd Morales, 48, of Warren, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for operating after suspension.
Nov. 14
Matthew Wall, 39, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.
Nov. 15
Brandon Amborn, 24, of Warren, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for criminal trespass.
Nov. 20
Michael E. Arvidson, 21, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Anthony Del Vecchio operating under the influence (alcohol).
Nov. 22
Brendon McKeen, 22, of Searsport, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for exceeding speed limit by 30 mph or more.
Nov. 24
Malcolm D. Libby, 31, of Camden, was issued a summons by Del Vecchio for operating under the influence (alcohol).
Nov. 27
Kenneth Dare, 20, of Old Town, was issued a summons by Del Vecchio for operating under the influence (alcohol).
Brandon Amborn, 24, of Warren, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for harassment by telephone.
