Rockport Police beat

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity from Sept. 18-Oct. 16. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Sept. 18

    Sinead C. Galvin, 31, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Celjeta Bixhaku for attaching false plates and failure to display insurance.

    Sept. 19

    Holly Franck, 33, of Bangor, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for speeding 15-19 mph over the speed limit.

    Charles E. McAuliffe, 46, of Warren, was arrested by Officer Jacob Powers on a warrant.

    Sept. 20

    Tara Wagner, 44, of Camden, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for speeding 10-14 mph over the speed limit.

    Sept. 26

    Joseph Richardi, 48, of Rockport, was issued summonses by Bixhaku for harassment and criminal trespass.

    Oct. 8

    Paula Johnson, 52, of Belfast, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for speeding 20-24 mph over the speed limit.

    Alexander Tucker, 56, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for operating a motor vehicle with an expired license.

    Oct. 10

    Mark Gagne, 37, of Rockport, was arrested by Bixhaku on four counts of violating a condition of release.

    Christian Corson, 47, of Northport, was arrested by Bixhaku for operating under the influence and issued summonses for failure to produce insurance, failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle, and failure to register a motor vehicle.

    Oct. 12

    Anthony G. Raye, 36, of Rockland, was arrested by Powers on a warrant.

    Oct. 16

    John Messler III, 67, of Warren, was arrested by Officer Antonio Del Vecchio for operating under the influence (drugs) and violating a condition of release.
