ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity from Aug. 25-Sept. 17. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Aug. 25

Deborah Chatfield, 63, of Camden, was arrested by Officer Celjeta Bixhaku on four warrants.

Aug. 31

Yvete Torres, 70, of South Bristol, was arrested by Bixhaku for operating under the influence.

Samuel Feener, 21, of Hope, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for failure to produce insurance.

Sept. 9

Jasen H. VonGuiness, 42, of Hoosick, N.Y., was issued a summons by Officer Anthony Del Vecchio for speeding 14 miles over the speed limit.
